The Dread Cat Wesley
This is the Dread Cat Wesley, scourge of the cat world.
Cats have it figured out. My cat retired early. Seriously, the guy never works, but has it made.
He sleeps all day, fights with his friends, but never holds a grudge. Mostly they get along fine, but no one disrespects him. They know that there will be consequences if they do.
And he is smart. Sometimes he will paw at the door to get out, and I’ll go over and hold open the door. He peers out for enemies, then goes out mostly. But he leaves his tail in the door, so I can’t close it. If there is a raccoon out there, or a neighbor cat, or it’s colder than he expected, he may come back inside.
That is a technique that I have learned from the cat - always leave your tail in the door. You might want to go back.
Leaving your job? Be friendly. Resist the urge to tell people off, and don’t piss on your manager’s desk. You might need that job later. Maybe not - probably not. But you never know.
I’ve learned other things from watching my cats. But I can’t tell you most of them - they are secrets. And I don’t want any … consequences.

Hmmm I have a Dread Cat Jack….they must have a secret society where they share their secret manipulation tricks!
